3. Technical Formats

4. What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Ebook

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the immediate, digital nature of these products, all ebook sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or emailed. However, if your file is corrupted or won't open, please reach out to us and we will replace it immediately.
