Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products Due to the digital nature of our products (eBooks), all sales are final. Once an eBook is purchased, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your digital download upon receipt. If the file is corrupted, unreadable, or if you receive the wrong digital file, please contact us immediately at shaheensha1807@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions We only consider refund or replacement requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook twice in a single transaction, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details.

  • Technical Access Issues: If you experience issues downloading or opening the eBook file, please reach out to us, and we will ensure you receive a working copy.

Refund Processing (If Approved) In the rare event that a refund is approved (such as a duplicate purchase), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
