Refund Policy

Physical Products (Apparel)
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, email shaheensha.digital@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Digital Product (E-Book)
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital guide, all sales of The Colour & Style System are final once the download link has been sent. If your file is corrupted or won't open, contact us and we'll resend a working copy at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, or purchased during clearance promotions, are not eligible for return unless defective.
